Complaints Policy

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Combatraw Roofing to have a fair and honest experience. If something has gone wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Complain About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Combatraw Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Information on this website you believe is unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we connected you with

Complaints About a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done on your home, the first step is usually to raise it directly with the contractor and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about contractors helps us keep our network honest. Contractors who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please note that Combatraw Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a contractor's work or make decisions on a contractor's behalf.

How to Make a Complaint

Email us at contact@combatraw.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The name of the contractor, if known
  • A clear description of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. We will then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If you are not happy with our response, you can reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
